- Most of our products on this website are designed to make contact with animals in some form. In order to avoid contact with sexually transmitted diseases or other illnesses that affect the health of pets, once used (including trial), said products cannot be returned. Please consider your purchase carefully and ask thorough questions before buying.
- There is a seven-day appreciation period for receiving goods. The appreciation period does not count as a trial period and the goods must be completely unused and can be restored before applying for a return.
- Please phone, email or use our online customer service channels to respond to our staff within 7 days of the goods arriving. The returned goods must be as new and have complete packaging at the time of arrival (the product frame, spare parts, manuals, packaging bags/boxes, and extras, fully complete) otherwise we will not accept the return application.
- In the following circumstances we will not accept returns:
- If the product is damaged, lost or altered due to the use or something attributable to you after inspection, Ex: product packaging damage, tag removal, label removal, use after opening, washing or disassembly causing a lack of integrity or reducing retail value.
- Products that have been used or touched will not be accepted in return applications.
- Damage caused by a pet's bite, urination/fecal matter, or external force.
